Enter the order number and the email address you used for your order to see the status of your package. Please note that the system information may be up to 48 hours behind the actual situation.

Method 2: After order confirmation, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email once the carrier's tracking number is known. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder. Click the tracking link in the email or go to https://www.ship24.com/ or https://parcelsapp.com/ and enter the tracking code. Click "Track Package" to see the current status of your order.

When Can I Expect My Order?

The average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This saves on storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs.

The Expected Delivery Time Has Passed, Where Is My Order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes there can be a delay. If you have not received your order within 3 days after the expected delivery time, please email us at contact@nestilia.com.

No Shipping Update Email / Track & Trace Information Not Available Yet?

Please note that this can take up to a week after placing your order. Once the package is processed by the shipping company, the Track & Trace information will be available.
